How long do I have to request a refund/return?

Most new items sold on Cannonsports.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This excludes specially ordered items.  Please note that there may be restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges applied to your return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items due to buyer's remorse.

 

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. This typically takes 3-5 business days. We’ll refund the purchase amount to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Refunds are issued electronically only; we do not offer cash, checks, or store credit. This policy helps protect both you and our business.

 

What condition does the item has to be to request a refund/return?

All returned products must be in new and unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, use, or modification may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. We inspect all returns to ensure products haven’t been used, altered, or misused. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement..

Are there any fees when returning an item?

All new and unused items can be returned without a restocking fee. If you received a damaged item and prefer a refund instead of a replacement, there won't be any fees. Please contact us for assistance. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
